jilima Terms & Conditions

jilima is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for the benefit of Filipino players across the Philippines. The platform offers casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, bingo, fishing arcade games, and sports betting markets including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and sabong, among others.

These Terms apply to all users of jilima, including registered players, visitors, and any person accessing any part of the jilima platform. These Terms should be read in conjunction with jilima's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms and conditions that may be published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the jilima platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of jilima constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they may be amended.

To create a jilima account, you must:

• Be a natural person aged 21 years or older;
• Provide a valid Philippine mobile number or email address;
• Create a secure password and complete OTP verification;
• Confirm that you are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Confirm that you are not a jilima employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of any of the foregoing;
• Agree to these Terms and all applicable policies in full.

jilima may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage, including submission of a government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or passport). Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

Only one registered account per person is permitted on jilima. Duplicate accounts are prohibited regardless of the method of registration. jilima reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances held in such accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jilima account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your jilima account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. jilima shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your jilima account, you must notify jilima support immediately via the official live chat channel. jilima will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your account. jilima will never contact you to request your account password by any means.

You must ensure that all information provided to jilima during registration and at any subsequent time is accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or closure.

jilima accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported payment methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven payment counters, among others. Supported methods may change from time to time without prior notice.

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: For fully KYC-verified accounts, GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the recipient bank.
• Withdrawal Limits: Default daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply to all accounts. Higher limits may be available to VIP members subject to verification.

jilima reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests at its sole discretion, particularly for large amounts or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms. Withdrawal requests may be held pending the outcome of any such review.

All deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in your own name. jilima does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit originating from a third party may be returned and the associated account reviewed.

jilima offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP program benefits. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is offered.

General bonus terms applicable across all jilima promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion terms;
• jilima reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, or per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit bonus offers — including through collusion, use of multiple accounts, or pattern wagering designed to exploit welcome bonuses — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account closure.

All games available on the jilima platform are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface or on the relevant game information page. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's individual rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail in respect of the specific game.

jilima uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games and certified live dealer feeds for all live casino games. All games have been independently tested for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are available within each game's information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects a game outcome or a bet, jilima reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and refund the staked amount. jilima shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Bets placed and accepted by jilima are final and binding, subject to the provisions of these Terms. jilima reserves the right to void any bet placed on a manifest error — including incorrect odds, game configuration errors, or software bugs — regardless of whether the bet has been settled and payment processed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilima platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or using jilima while under the age of 21;
• Registering more than one account on jilima;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the jilima platform in any manner;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through jilima;
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means;
• Colluding with other players in any game, particularly poker or live dealer games;
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors for financial gain;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jilima staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Attempting to access the accounts of other jilima players without authorization;
• Providing false identity or payment information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing jilima from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

jilima reserves the right to immediately suspend and permanently close accounts engaged in any prohibited conduct, to withhold and forfeit all account balances and pending withdrawals, and to report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

All content on the jilima platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, the jilima brand name, design elements, and promotional materials — is the property of jilima or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilima platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any jilima content for any purpose without jilima's express prior written consent.

jilima provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings to manage your spending;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you of time spent gaming within a session;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from jilima for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period;
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up reminders of your session duration and net wins/losses.

jilima strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement. Any account identified as belonging to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, and any funds in the account will be returned to the originating payment method after standard fraud checks.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jilima, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the jilima platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or events beyond jilima's reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials;
• Any decision made by you based on information or content available on the jilima platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the jilima platform or any part thereof.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jilima's liability for death or personal injury caused by jilima's gross negligence or fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jilima reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, underage gambling, account inactivity exceeding 12 months, or conduct harmful to other players or to jilima.

You may close your jilima account at any time by contacting jilima support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following standard verification. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Account closure does not affect jilima's right to pursue any claims arising from your conduct prior to closure, including claims arising from breach of these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with your use of jilima shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and jilima, you agree to first contact jilima's customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. jilima aims to respond to formal dispute submissions within 5 business days. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, either party may escalate the dispute to the appropriate regulatory or legal channels under Philippine law.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for resolution of any disputes not resolved by the above process.

jilima reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, jilima may notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of jilima after any such changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using jilima and close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates.
